BAG Terms of Use

Short terms of use for the BAG app and the BAGVPS service. The full terms, payment and refunds are in the public offer and the refund rules; if they differ, the offer prevails.

This English text is a translation; the Russian version is authoritative.

1. What it is

The app connects your device to BAGVPS servers under an active subscription. The subscription is purchased and paid for on bagvps.ru; the number of devices and the term are shown in your account. The free plan (limited weekly traffic, one server) can also be turned on in the app.

2. What is not allowed

• breaking the law, sending spam, attacking other networks and services;
• sharing access with other people beyond the number of devices in the subscription;
• interfering with the servers or trying other people's keys or codes.

In case of a violation or suspicious activity, the device or access may be temporarily restricted; you can sort it out with support.

3. Availability

We do everything we can to keep the connection stable, but we cannot guarantee access to particular sites and services, or uninterrupted operation during outages at providers and data centers.

4. Data

What the app does with data is described in the privacy policy.
